Few would dispute the many positive benefits that wellness programs can achieve.   However, creation and implementation of these programs can implicate a variety of employment-related laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Maine Human Rights Act, HIPAA, and the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act.  Employers must be aware of these risks and tailor their programs accordingly.    This seminar will address these and other legal implications and offer suggestions for wellness programs that are healthy for the bottom line.
